Our event guide staff are responsible for interacting with guests that are participating in a variety of events. They serve as our eyes + ears, + are a knowledgeable point of contact between an Event Operations Manager + the Client. Within this this role, you have the ability to see through a provided plan + provide a superior level of hospitality customer service.

• Ability to effectively communicate with + take direction from Event Operations Manager

• A friendly smile + positive attitude

• Have a professional demeanor + appearance

• Good communication skills

• Self motivated + ability to follow directions

• Ability to always be on time

TYPES OF SHIFTS | INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO

• Airport arrivals; shuttle coordinator, terminal staff, hotel greeter

• Airport departures; hotel staff, airport staff

• Activities

• Dine arounds

• Offsite events

• Party watcher

• Shuttle staff

• Hospitality staff
